At tonight’s full council meeting SODC agreed to give Cholsey Parish Council £250,000 of New Homes Bonus money. The first time the SODC has allocated any of this money. It was also the first time I have had to leave a council meeting as I was judged to have a pecuniary interest.
The money comes from Central Government and is aimed at communities that are taking new homes.
Cholsey PC will use the money towards construction of the New Pavilion.
